How will I receive my tickets?
We use Flatpay for our ticketing system.
After completing your purchase, you will receive a booking confirmation/receipt via email. No separate paper or digital tickets will be issued.
How do I enter the festival?
Simply provide the name and/or email address used when making the booking at the entrance. Our team will verify your booking and check you in.
Please keep your confirmation email or receipt available for reference.
Can members of my group arrive at different times?
Yes! No problem at all.
If your family or friends arrive separately, they can simply provide the same booking name or email address used when the tickets were purchased. Our team will check each guest in individually.
Will I receive a wristband?
Yes. Once you've checked in, you'll receive a festival wristband, which must be worn for the remainder of the event.
